- Enhanced exception management with automated Alerts for external users, and

For exception management, the presenters demonstrated how Alerts for Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching will now have an option for Notification Assignee to be an external user, which is a powerful option when resolving exceptions since assistance is often needed from a contact who may not have access to EPM Cloud.
