Sneak Peek – Modernization of Personal Data

PeopleSoft’s Job and Personal Data are the two most used components in HCM, this is why we wanted to deliver new features and enhancements for the HR Administrator.  We first delivered the Modernization of Job Data and now we will soon be delivering the Modernization of Personal Data…Coming Soon!

Here is a sneak peek of some of the new features included with the Modernization of Personal Data.  One of the biggest changes was fluidizing Personal Data so it has a new modern and contemporary look.

There is a new Search Match which uses the most unique common fields like National ID, Name and Birth Date to search for a duplicate prior to creating a new person.

The HR Administrator can add attachments for address verification or veteran status for example.  To assist global customers in managing their customizations for non-supported country extension, there are 4 additional drop zones pages.  Personal Data entry has been made more efficient allowing to the HR Administrator to quickly key in data faster with a vertical scroll, reducing clicks on tabs and other data entry points like address.
