Do you have new employees or managers that have used PeopleSoft applications in the past? A manager or C-Level executive may wish a 35,000-foot view of the products their team uses on a daily basis. Or a new employee may need a brief on the capabilities of the products they are using day in and day out.

Our teams have completed an update of our product data sheets and posted them to the PeopleSoft Information Portal.  Updated text highlights the most current functionality such as the use of PICASO Digital Assistant in eProcurement, Expenses, and the Public and Secure Supplier Portal.

Lastly, this update includes the addition of two new data sheets for Supplier Lifecycle Management and Maintenance Management.

To access these new and updated datasheets, visit the PeopleSoft Information Portal. From the Products option at the top, select ERP: Financials Assets, Procurement Projects. Select the Training and documentation tab and scroll down to “Review the key features and benefits (data sheets)”.

Updating our product data sheets is a crucial step to ensure you have access to accurate and relevant information about the product we offer. Taking the time to review and revise these documents, we are not only demonstrating our commitment to transparency and professionalism but also enhancing the overall user experience. As we continue to evolve and improve our products, we make it a priority to keep you informed and empowered with up-to-date data sheets that encapsulate the essence of our products
