Oracle has announced the latest PeopleSoft Innovators in PeopleSoft Now! Episode 4.4. At the end of this episode you’ll get to learn the following:

1. Expansion Innovators

Customers who have deployed new PeopleSoft modules, and/or added new users to existing PeopleSoft modules are recognized as Expansion Innovators. In this year’s announcement, there are 3 customers who have been recognized as Expansion Innovators.

  1. Blue Dart Express Limited – Human Resources and Absence Management
  2. Community Health System, Northwest Indiana – Mobile Inventory and Supplier Contract Management

2. Feature Innovators

Feature Innovators are recognized for deploying a recent, strategic PeopleSoft feature or capability. There are multiple categories under which we have recognized the Feature Innovators in this announcement. 

  1.  Analytics – BUPA (for Early Detection & Monitoring, Trend Analysis, My Budget, Inventory and Match Exceptions),  Cape Code Healthcare (for Payroll, Purchase Order receipt accruals, Financial Savings initiative and HR Metrics), Hennepin County (for Billing, Operations, Billing Analysis, Accounts Receivables, Collection Analysis, Collector, Collector Performance and Collections Manager), Omaha Public Power District (for Recruiting Dashboard) and State of Montana (for Remote Worker Dashboard).
  2. Search – University of California, Berkeley (for transitioning from Elasticsearch to OpenSearch for Financials).
  3. Real-Time Indexing (RTI) – Calgary Catholic School District (for Process Scheduler), Harvard University (for menu search suggestions and recent menu selections), Los Rios Community College District (for search suggestions), Omaha Public Power District (for job opening and job posting indexes), Sarasota Memorial Healthcare System (for search indexes) and State of Montana (for deploying real-time indexing for multiple processes).     
  4. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) – Frederick Community College (for moving their Microsoft SQL Server environments to OCI), King County (for consolidating all of their PeopleSoft systems on OCI) and Trinet Group (for eliminating their data center).
  5. PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) – State of Indiana (automated 84% of their test cases using PeopleSoft Test Framework, reducing their unit testing time by 58% and accelerating the total time required to uptake a new PeopleSoft Image by 43%).
  6. Oracle Digital Assistant – Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Sarasota Memorial Healthcare System
  7. Oracle Guided Learning – State of North Dakota
  8. HCM Features – National Housing Bank (Fluid ePerformance)
  9. ERP Features – Oklahoma Department of Human Services (Fluid Asset Tracking feature), San Diego Community College District (Match Exception Collaboration Center) and State of Connecticut (Business Process Weaver)
