Oracle has announced a leadership transition for the PeopleSoft business. After 18 years of leadership, Paco Aubrejuan has retired from Oracle. We thank him for the lasting impact he has had on PeopleSoft products, customers, partners, and teams.

Alex Man

Alex Man, Group Vice President, PeopleSoft, will succeed Paco and lead the PeopleSoft business.

Alex brings more than 32 years of PeopleSoft experience to the role. He began his career as a General Ledger developer during the PeopleSoft Release 2 and 3 era, before Oracle acquired PeopleSoft. Since then, he has helped build products and lead teams across Financials and Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, and other product areas, spanning application development, product management, architecture, and quality assurance.

For PeopleSoft customers, the message is clear: Oracle remains committed to PeopleSoft and to customer success. Oracle will continue investing in the product, delivering meaningful innovation, and supporting the essential operations PeopleSoft powers every day.

Alex’s focus is on investing in what matters most to customers, streamlining operations, and reducing unnecessary work so teams can devote more time to business outcomes. He will work alongside PeopleSoft’s established leadership team, whose deep product knowledge and experience will continue to support the broader PeopleSoft community.

Customers will have opportunities to connect with Alex through Quest, at PeopleSoft RECONNECT Dive Deep in October, and in person at Oracle AI World.

We look forward to this next chapter for PeopleSoft and to continuing our partnership with customers, partners, and the wider PeopleSoft community.
