PeopleSoft HCM is updating the delivery schedule for Payroll for North America Tax Updates 26-C and
Tax Update 26-D.
The new plan targets posting Tax Update 26-C on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, through the HCM Weekly PeopleSoft Release Patchset (PRP).
PeopleSoft HCM Image 56, currently targeted for posting in November 2026, will include
Tax Update 26-D.
Customers asked for a smaller November tax update package. The updated schedule helps meet that request by targeting Tax Update 26-C for earlier delivery and including Tax Update 26-D, which includes the first set of year-end updates, in HCM Image 56.
Weekly HCM PRPs will continue to deliver important year-end Payroll for North America updates through December 2026 and January 2027. Weekly HCM PRPs are not separate Payroll for North America packages. They are regular HCM release patches that deliver important Payroll for North America updates along with other PeopleSoft HCM product updates.
The delivery model aligns with the broader PeopleSoft update strategy described in PeopleSoft Aligns HCM and FSCM Update Cadence with Customer Adoption Starting in 2027. Weekly HCM PRPs provide a regular and predictable way to deliver important updates, independent of HCM Image delivery timing.
