The 2026 Innovators Awards video, hosted by Dan Iverson on PeopleSoft Now!, recognizes customers that are modernizing operations, improving user experiences, and accelerating business outcomes. It spotlights getting more value from the technology already in place, adopting delivered capabilities, reducing complexity, and improving the experience for the people who use PeopleSoft every day.
Across the stories featured, a clear theme emerges: PeopleSoft customers are continuing to move forward by replacing manual processes with Fluid self-service and automated workflows, standardizing on delivered functionality to reduce technical debt, and using OCI and AI-powered capabilities to improve visibility, governance, and performance.
The 2026 Innovator stories show the breadth of what practical transformation looks like across industries. Oracle’s PeopleSoft Innovators page recognizes customer innovation across three award categories: PeopleSoft Innovators, Feature Innovators, and Expansion Innovators. Feature Innovators rapidly adopt new PeopleSoft features, Expansion Innovators extend PeopleSoft to new modules or business areas, and PeopleSoft Innovators transform their organizations through broader initiatives such as analytics, selective adoption, cloud, configuration, and user experience improvements.
At BLUEPRINT 4D 2026, for the 5th year in a row, SpearMC/Mythics sponsored the Oracle hosted PeopleSoft Innovators Reception. The reception brought together PeopleSoft Innovators and the PeopleSoft leadership team for cocktails, appetizers, conversation, and recognition – creating an intimate environment where Innovators could connect directly with each other and with Oracle’s PeopleSoft leadership team.

Innovator stories are examples of teams simplifying work, reducing manual effort, expanding access, improving decision-making, and increasing agility. They show that PeopleSoft innovation is happening in HCM, ERP, and Campus Solutions; across healthcare, higher education, financial services, public sector, and commercial organizations; and through a mix of delivered features, configuration, automation, analytics, OCI, OpenSearch, and AI.
The Innovators Program continues to be important for the PeopleSoft community. The program is designed to help customers share experiences with the broader community, and more than 250 PeopleSoft innovator stories have been published on the PeopleSoft Information Portal. These stories give customers insight into what other organizations are using, where the community is investing, and how teams are approaching modernization in real environments. They reinforce a message: innovation is not a one-time milestone. It is an ongoing practice of learning, adopting, improving, and sharing.
Congratulations to the PeopleSoft Innovators Class of 2026. Your work is helping define what modern PeopleSoft success looks like—practical, measurable, community-driven, and focused on delivering real value.
