PeopleSoft FSCM Update Image #55 has been generally available since Dec 2025, and it contains many important new functional enhancements. Customers can selectively adopt new features and enhancements using the PeopleSoft Update Manager.
If you haven’t heard what has been released as part of Update Image #55 here are some highlights:
FUNCTIONALITY ACROSS APPLICATIONS
Landing Page
Adopted the PeopleTools 8.62 feature for Sectionalized Homepages. This feature allows you to configure individualized landing pages that include sections for an enhanced user experience. FSCM has delivered sample Homepages, also known as landing pages, that can be copied and modified for your use.
Notification Publisher
Added Notification Publisher in Enterprise Components to enable publishing of one-time or recurring notifications in PeopleSoft. This feature supports notifications for landing page sections such as Banner Announcement and Announcements. Message content can be sourced from Notification Composer and overridden as needed. Additionally, Notification Publisher supports notifications with expiration dates, future posting dates, attachments, and more.
Incremental Indexing
PeopleSoft applications delivers data to support the Tools Automatic Incremental Indexing process which allows you to set and forget your incremental builds. The incremental process picks up changes to setup tables that are effective dated. This process is supported in Tools 8.62 and above.
Page and Field Configurator – Override Defaults and RTI
Enhanced Page and Field Configurator to override application default values with a value that is determined on the Page Configuration page.
Added the ability to enable Real Time Indexing (RTI) for Page and Field Configurator Change Tracking insights, allowing for near real-time updates to indexed data using PeopleTools search technology. This enhancement requires PeopleTools 8.62.
Interactive Insights in Fluid WorkCenters
Enhanced the Enterprise Components WorkCenter framework to enable insights dashboards to be embedded within My Work links in Fluid WorkCenters. This allows for direct and visual interaction with data on linked pages. Dashboard filters are automatically applied to the My Work grid, providing administrators with the latest transaction data based on dashboard interactions.
General Ledger
Landing Page – General Ledger
General Ledger delivers the Incomplete Journals and Complete Financial Structure Request tiles in the Continue With section, the Journals in Error and Review Financial Structure Requests tiles in the Suggestions section, and the Finance and Accounting section, where you can select tiles to access transaction pages.
Interactive Insights in Fluid WorkCenters
Enhanced the General Ledger WorkCenter by adding the ability to display Insights above the Journals Ready for Post grid in the My Work section.
Add Comments to Posted Journals
Enhanced the Create/Update Journal Entries page where you can add, update, or delete comments associated with a journal entry. The system retains comment history for the journal and allows you to manage comments throughout the journal lifecycle, including posted or unposted journals. Journal comments are not copied to any other journal created from the original.
Add Long Description and References to Journal Lines
Enhanced Journal Entry templates and the Journal Entry Lines page by adding the option to display a long description field and up to five reference fields. The long description field allows up to 254 characters, improving clarity and context for journal entries. The reference fields allow you to include supplementary information or references, such as document numbers or codes, enhancing traceability, and organization.
Prevent Zero Balances from Rolling Forward during Year End Close
Enhanced the Application Engine (GL_YC) that is used to close ledgers to recognize the Do Not Roll Forward Zero Balances check box, which is determined on the Closing Rules – Roll-Forward Options Page.
nVision Layout Enhancements
Enhanced nVision drilldown layouts to improve formatting and added fields for drilled from information.

Payables
Recheck Supplier Details if Payment is Voided and Reissued
Added option to default the specified Bank, Account, Currency, Payment Method, Layout and Holiday Processing Options from Payables options of Remit Supplier Location to the new payment schedule issued when the user selects a payment action of Void or Stop with cancel action of Re-Open Voucher(s)/Re-Issue.
Landing Page – Payables
Payables delivers the Incomplete Vouchers and Payment Request tiles in the Continue With section, and the Match Exceptions and Payments on Hold tiles in the Suggestions section of the Landing page
Receivables
Add Attachment to Posted Payments
Added option to allow users to modify attachments of the posted payments.
B2B E-invoicing Requirements for France – CDAR Format File
Enhanced e-invoicing for France by generating XML files in CDAR format from Receivables.
Direct Journal Upload Enhancements
Enhanced excel upload template for direct journal accounting entries by including Entry Event, ChartField Security, Accounting Tag and SpeedType Key.
Issue Warning not Error if Customer not Associated with a Supplier When Refunding a Credit
Added option to display a message in Maintenance Worksheet for missing supplier/AP integration setup during refund transactions.
Optional Rounding Distribution Code on AR Business Unit Setup
Added a warning message to indicate rounding account code is required for processing multi-currency transactions.
Landing Page – Receivables
Receivables delivers the Deposits Not Posted tile in the Continue With section and the Items in Dispute tile in the Suggestions section of the Landing page. Receivables also delivers a Billing and Receivables section, where you can select tiles to access transaction pages.
Billing
Landing Page – Billing
Billing delivers the Billing Worksheets Pending Approval tile in the Suggestions section of the Landing page. This tile allows you to access the View All page, which displays temporary invoices that originate from Contracts and are not pre-approved. You can dismiss the transaction or access the Update Billing Worksheet, Worksheet Headers page where you can manage and approve the temporary invoice.
Billing also delivers a Billing and Receivables section, where you can select tiles to access transaction pages.
Bill-By Identifier Fields Optional
Enhanced the Billing Interface process by adding a check box to the Bill By Identifier page. This check box provides administrators with the flexibility to configure which fields are required and validated, ensuring the success of the Billing Interface process.
Treasury
ISO20022 Bank Statement Format Changes
This enhancement supports the new camt.053.001.08 format bank statements.
Landing Page – Cash Management
Cash Management delivers the Financial Gateway Transactions on Hold and Financial Gateway Transactions awaiting Dispatch tiles in the Suggestions section.
Cash Management also delivers a Cash Management section, where you can select tiles to access transaction pages.
Asset Management
Landing Page – Asset Tracking
Adopted the Sectionalized homepage feature, which is introduced in PeopleTools 8.62. Asset Management delivers Asset Tracking section, where you can select tiles to access transaction pages.
Print QR or Bar Code for Location Code
Enhanced the Asset Tracking feature to include printing and scanning of location codes associated with specific business units, while maintaining backward compatibility with previous scanning methodologies.
Maintenance Management
Landing Page – Mobile Technician
Adopted the Sectionalized homepage feature, which is introduced in PeopleTools 8.62. Maintenance Management delivers Mobile Technician section, where you can select tiles to access transaction pages.
Copy Work Order to Another MM Business Unit
Enhanced the Work Order copy functionality by adding the ability to copy a work order to a different business unit. User can select resource content to be copied and make adjustments to modify the work order for the actual work to be performed in the new business unit.
ENTERPRISE SERVICE AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS
Expenses
Landing Page – Expenses
Expenses delivers the Pending Expense Reports and the Pending Travel Authorizations tiles in the Continue With section, an enhanced Travel & Expenses dashboard in the Quick Access section, a link to Expenses WorkCenter in the My Work section, and the Submit Your Wallet Charges tile in Suggestions section, which allows you to access the Wallet Entry page to address unsubmitted Wallet entries.
Travel Authorization Visualizations in My Proxy Insights
Enhanced the My Proxy Insight dashboard by adding two visualizations and a data grid for Travel Authorizations. The Travel Authorization by Status visualization can be used to monitor travel authorization workflows, identify delays, and make informed decisions regarding approvals and follow-ups. The Travel Authorization Denied by Expense Type can be used to view denied travel authorizations by expense type.
Project Costing
Landing Page – Projects
Adopted the Sectionalized homepage feature, which is introduced in PeopleTools 8.62. Project Costing delivers the Project Costing section, where you can select tiles to access transaction pages. Project Costing also delivers the Project Request tile in the Continue With section. This tile allows you to complete Project Requests that have been started but not yet submitted.

Requester Exceptions in Fluid Procurement WorkCenter
Enhanced the Procurement WorkCenter to add multiple requisition-related exceptions under My Work. Users can now quickly access and manage these requisition exceptions, improving visibility and enabling faster resolution of outstanding issues.
Landing Page – eProcurement
Adopted the Sectionalized homepage feature, which is introduced in PeopleTools 8.62. eProcurement delivers the Items in Cart tile in the Suggestions section. This tile allows you to access the Create Requisition page, which displays the persistent cart. eProcurement also delivers the Requisitions Saved but not Submitted tile in the Continue With section. This tile allows you to complete requisitions that have been started but not yet submitted.
Approval Process/Workflow for PCards
Enhanced the Procurement Card Transaction to provide a configurable, approval workflow for procurement card. Users can now submit transactions for approval directly from the reconciliation page and track their approval status using their organization-defined approval process.
Procurement WorkCenter Exceptions – Denied Pos
Enhanced the Procurement WorkCenter to add Denied POs exception under My Work. Users can now quickly view and resolve denied purchase orders, making it easier to address issues and maintain efficient order processing.
Procurement WorkCenter Exceptions – PO Dispatch Errors
Enhanced the Procurement WorkCenter to add PO Dispatch Errors exception under My Work. Users can now easily access and manage purchase orders with dispatch errors, improving visibility and enabling faster resolution of dispatch-related issues.
Uptake Style Sheet/Color Changes
Adopted the PeopleTools 8.60 stylesheet and color changes within Supplier Scorecarding.
Uptake Tools 8.62 Charting API for Supplier Scorecarding
Enhanced the Supplier Performance analytic on the Supplier Watch List page to utilize the PeopleTools Dynamic Charting capability provided in 8.62.
Landing Page – Strategic Sourcing
Adopted the Sectionalized homepage feature, which is introduced in PeopleTools 8.62. Strategic Sourcing delivers the Pending Bidder Responses tile in the Continue With section. This tile allows you to access the View All Continue With page, which displays Save For Later transactions for bidder responses. You can dismiss the transaction or access the Event Details page, where you can edit and submit the bid.

Insights for Par Replenishments Activity
Added Par Location and Par Location Activity insights dashboards in Inventory to provide users with enhanced visibility and analytical insights into par locations, item counts, and inventory activity across business units. These dashboards help to monitor replenishment status, stock levels, and resource allocation for more effective PAR Items management.
Supplier Contract Management
Enable DocuSign Notifications
Enhanced Supplier Contracts Management by providing the DocuSign notifications to alert signatories that a document is pending their signature.
