Oracle is retiring most of the content for Oracle Integration Gen 2 as we focus innovation and support on Oracle Integration 3. To stay aligned with the latest features, performance, and support, Gen 2 customers should complete their migration to Oracle Integration 3.

At Oracle, we continue to invest in integration technology that helps our customers succeed. We value the trust you place in us and remain committed to delivering the best experiences through our products and documentation. Many customers still use the Gen 2 guides, so we want to make sure you can easily access the most current information for Oracle Integration 3. Transitioning to the new platform and documentation ensures you get the latest features and full support every step of the way.

2. What’s Changing

Here’s what to expect:

For Oracle Integration 3 customers:

  • No changes to your platform or documentation.
  • Oracle continues to expand features, improve performance, and deliver updates regularly.
  • The retirement of Gen 2 content does not affect Oracle Integration 3 users.

For Process (Gen 2) customers:

  • Most Gen 2 documentation will be removed after February 28.
  • Key references such as the Process guide, API reference, What’s New, and Known Issues will remain.
  • A notice about the Gen 2 service ending in December 2026 will appear in relevant pages.
  • Some migration and upgrade resources will stay available for a limited time to support your move to Oracle Integration 3.
  • Archived documentation may be provided in PDF format for support purposes.

Now is the right time to plan your migration to Oracle Integration 3 to ensure continued access to the latest capabilities.

Action

Oracle Integration Generation 2 reached its end of life on August 31, 2025. To maintain uninterrupted service, all customers should upgrade to Oracle Integration 3.
