Intelligent Advisor Release 25B (12.2.39) is now available for public cloud customers.

New Warranty Claim decision service template

A Warranty Claim decision service template is now available in Intelligent Advisor Hub. This template makes it quick and easy to create a decision service that checks if an asset is eligible for warranty repair or replacement, including coverage of the technician’s call out fee.

Note that this feature is only available in Intelligent Advisor Cloud Service.

Want to start using the 25B release?

Public cloud: You can upgrade your testing sites at any time via Oracle Cloud Portal Service Cloud Configuration Assistant. All sites will be automatically upgraded according to the published schedule.
