This article introduces the features built into the Oracle Web SDK and provides examples of customizations to demonstrate the extensibility features of Oracle Web Messenger and Channel.

This article also includes instructions for customers migrating from the previous, now outdated version of the SDK to the new Oracle Web SDK 20.6.1.
