ODA 22.04 continues to improve developer productivity via
the Visual Flow Designer, a new way to design conversations instead of using a code editor.
a Knowledge feature that enables you to quickly create answer intents from PDF/HTML sources that contain text in a Q&A format
a new tool in the Utterance tester to rank all of the utterances in the training corpus in terms of how close they are to the test phrase.
In addition, PII support has been extended to digital assistants and to the exported Insights files.
Additional details on these new features you can now use in building your skills:
Visual Flow Designer
Dialog flows are designed visually instead of using a code editor
The connections between states are represented in visual diagrams. Variables, parameters, and component properties are defined in specialized editors and dialogs.
Greatly simplifies design and maintenance of dialog flows using minimal code
Knowledge Documents
Ingest Q&A pairs from PDF/HTML sources to quickly create answer intents
Automatically generate example utterances for these answer intents
Similar Utterances
Identify utterances in the corpus that are similar to the test phrase
Use this to evaluate whether the similarities between a test phrase and some of the top-ranking training utterances can be attributed to the test phrase resolving below the confidence level or to the wrong intent.
PII Anonymization
PII support has been extended to digital assistants and to the exported Insights files
User data is now protected through the entire digital assistant-skill interaction and also in the exported data
