Digital transformation depends on turning distributed data into an always-current and trusted asset, across clouds, platforms, and teams. OCI GoldenGate enables real-time data movement across heterogeneous environments so organizations can accelerate analytics, strengthen AI outcomes, and make faster operational decisions.
Today, we’re announcing a new set of connections in OCI GoldenGate that further expand integration options and help break down data silos across modern platforms.
Gaining the full data potential with OCI GoldenGate
In many enterprises, critical data is distributed across multiple databases, clouds, and platforms, introducing operational complexity, and slowing down insight. OCI GoldenGate helps teams streamline this by providing a consistent approach to real-time replication and integration, that minimizes source impact while ensuring transactional consistency across targets. This enables use cases such as zero-downtime migrations, real-time analytics and data warehousing, along with event-driven architectures. You can see the full list of supported technologies in OCI GoldenGate in our documentation (Explore connections).

Expanding the OCI GoldenGate ecosystem with new connections
We’re introducing three new connections, each designed to support common enterprise modernization and real-time streaming use cases:
- EnterpriseDB (EDB) Postgres Advanced Server: This new connection extends OCI GoldenGate’s PostgreSQL support to EnterpriseDB Postgres Advanced Server, enabling Change Data Capture (CDC) and replication for EDB environments. Organizations standardizing on EDB for enterprise-grade PostgreSQL deployments can now capture transactional changes and deliver them in near real time to downstream systems such as data warehouses, object storage, or streaming platforms. This simplifies modernization and reporting use cases without requiring custom-built pipelines.
- YugabyteDB and YugabyteDB Anywhere: OCI GoldenGate now supports YugabyteDB, enabling real-time data movement from distributed SQL environments. This is particularly valuable for architectures that require horizontal scalability and geo-distribution, where maintaining data consistency across systems is critical. By capturing changes from YugabyteDB clusters, GoldenGate allows customers to synchronize globally distributed transactional systems with downstream analytics platforms or other operational services..
- Microsoft Fabric Eventstreams: This connection enables OCI GoldenGate to stream change data directly into Microsoft Fabric Eventstreams, supporting event-driven and real-time analytics scenarios. By converting database changes into streaming events, GoldenGate integrates operational data with Fabric’s real-time analytics ecosystem, enabling use cases such as live dashboards, alerting, and downstream event processing without intermediate pipelines.
By incorporating these new connections, OCI GoldenGate users can integrate data into a wider range of targets, improve consistency and timeliness, and streamline their data pipelines across a multi-platform landscape.
Delivering on the power of real-time data
The ability to replicate and deliver changes in real time can be transformative, supporting real-time analytics and AI workloads, improving data integrity and consistency, and enabling event-driven architectures at scale. And as data pipelines grow more business-critical, organizations increasingly value resilience and trust in those pipelines, pairing real-time movement with strong operational practices and observability.
With support for EnterpriseDB (EDB) Postgres Advanced Server, YugabyteDB, and Microsoft Fabric Eventstreams, OCI GoldenGate continues to expand its heterogeneous connectivity across databases and streaming platforms. Combined with its CDC, non-intrusive architecture and fully managed service on OCI and Multicloud, GoldenGate enables organizations to build scalable, resilient, and low-latency data pipelines that power modern analytics and event-driven applications.
