7 times a Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ Leader in iPaaS

We’re happy and thankful to our customers, partners, and teams for being named a Leader seven times in a row by Gartner in the 2024 Magic Quadrant for integration platform as a service (iPaaS). Gartner recognizes Oracle as a Leader based on our Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute in this report and a Leader in the 2023 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Data Integration Tools.

Two iPaaS professionals reviewing integration activity

We’re honored to be recognized by Gartner and feel this is for delivering on our commitment to help organizations connect applications, data, and partners anywhere with intelligent automation. We believe that customers choose Oracle for their iPaaS based on the following factors:

  • Coverage of enterprise integration use cases and support for improved team collaboration to automate complex, end-to-end business processes.
  • Simplicity that accelerates innovation by helping enterprise developers and business experts iterate quicker with intuitive experiences and supported connectivity.
  • Global operations with over 10,000 partners for local talent and the scalability, price-performance, and reliability teams need to control costs in distributed cloud environments.

Our mission of accelerating innovation drives Oracle to continuously invest in building trusted sources for machine learning (ML) training and contextually aware conversations between people and systems. With over 90% of IT professionals reporting that integration complexity can slow AI adoption, we’re proud to help organizations of all sizes simplify connectivity.

Thousands of customers, such as Intelsat, are synchronizing their applications and data with Oracle Integration. Automating processes in a distributed cloud environment builds data consistency for trusted generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and operational analytics. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) integration services, including Application Integration, Data Integration, and API Management, help real-time enterprises transform more with less code.

Complete integration and automation capabilities

This year, we released hundreds of iPaaS improvements, including event-based connectivity and automation with Azure Event Grid, Snowflake, OData, and more. We added supported adapters and prebuilt recipes to help organizations deliver on the ever-expanding enterprise integration use cases they face. We enhanced our business-to-business (B2B) capabilities with industry-specific support, including RosettaNet, OAGIS, and X12 HIPAA. To focus integration efforts, we delivered project capabilities that unify all automation assets into an extensible, upgrade-ready environment. We delivered parallel actions with payloads of up to 100 MB to help scale performance. Developers can now define private endpoints and invoke native OCI services to better protect, store, and validate shared data.

Simplifying connectivity and accelerating collaboration

We continued to invest in developer productivity with self-diagnosing event delivery for Oracle Fusion Applications and prebuilt process automation, including synchronizing calendars between WorkDay and Oracle Field Service Cloud, publishing Shopify orders to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Pub Sub, and importing Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) purchase orders into Microsoft SQL Server. We added connectivity agent features to make cloud to on-premises automation simpler and more reliable. Our new project capability helps your team extend and upgrade supported integrations with the ability to merge customizations.

Intelligent automation with conversational and other AI services

We enhanced the experience of building integrations and automation with Oracle Assistant. Enterprise developers and business experts can now get intelligent recommendations and best practice suggestions using deep learning algorithms and natural language understanding. Oracle Assistant has been pretrained to answer tens of thousands of integration-related questions with a 95% success rate. We released Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) that combines process automation with OCI AI services such as Document Understanding, Language, and Vision for classification, data correction, text extraction, sentiment analysis, and more.

Unifying lifecycle management and observability

We delivered project-focused lifecycle management with unified observability to help organizations reduce operational costs by highlighting the business impact of performance and stability for related automation assets. To help iPaaS operators better manage their real-time enterprise connectivity, we enhanced event subscription monitoring and provided advanced retention capabilities to pinpoint issues faster, while enabling published events to be processed when integrations are reactivated.
