The Oracle Access Governance application is now available in the ServiceNow® Store. The joint solution streamlines access requests, enforces policies, and automates provisioning for enterprise users from the popular ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
Oracle and ServiceNow are enhancing identity governance and IT service automation through new integrations between Oracle Access Governance and ServiceNow’s ITSM.
The collaboration includes the release of a new Oracle Access Governance catalog app in the ServiceNow Store, allowing customers to manage and fulfill access requests directly from within the ServiceNow catalog interface. Additionally, Oracle has delivered a user management integration between Oracle Access Governance and ServiceNow, enabling seamless identity lifecycle updates between the systems.
These innovations empower ServiceNow and Oracle joint customers to unify identity governance and IT service ticketing workflows, reduce manual effort, improve compliance, and accelerate user access to critical business systems.

Oracle Access Governance Catalog Embedded in ServiceNow
Customers can now bring Oracle Access Governance’s access catalog—including roles, access bundles, and individual entitlements—into the ServiceNow request portal, enabling users to request access through familiar ServiceNow catalog interface.
End-to-End Access Request Fulfillment
Users initiate access requests in ServiceNow, which are routed through ServiceNow’s workflow engine and with automated segregation of duties (SoD) compliance checks performed by Oracle Access Governance.
Policy-Based Approval and Provisioning
Once approved, Oracle Access Governance provisions access based on predefined policies, enabling appropriate access to be granted quickly and securely.
Real-Time Status Updates and Audit Trail
Provisioning status and request lifecycle details are automatically updated in ServiceNow, giving IT and business teams real-time visibility and a unified audit trail.
User Management Synchronization with Oracle and ServiceNow
