Divya began her Oracle journey only a few years ago, working with Oracle NetSuite. Since then, she has progressed from Functional Consultant to Solution Architect — and, in June 2026, became an Oracle ACE Associate.

🌍 Where in the World Are You?
I’m based in Kollam, Kerala, India.
A fun fact about my city is that Kollam is known for its cashew industry. Huge quantities of raw cashews arrive here, including from Africa, to be processed before being exported again.
So the cashews in your snack bowl may very well have been to Kollam!

🎵 I’m a huge music lover and always have a playlist ready for every mood and occasion.
📸 I love taking photos — but I hate being in front of the camera!
🍫 And I was born on February 14, so I automatically assume every box of chocolates within a 10-mile radius is a birthday gift. 😄
☕ My Perfect Weekend
My ideal weekend is all about slowing down and recharging.
You’ll usually find me watching horror movies, catching up on my watchlist, and spending quality time with my family.

I joined the Oracle ACE community as an Oracle ACE Associate in June 2026.
🚀 My Oracle Journey
My Oracle journey started in 2022, when I joined as an Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant.
What began as a role focused on understanding business requirements and configuring solutions gradually evolved into designing end-to-end solutions as a Solution Architect.
The journey has been filled with learning opportunities, challenging projects, and the chance to work with amazing teams and customers.
And only a few years after that journey began, I became part of the Oracle ACE community.
💡 One Oracle Feature More People Should Know About
One NetSuite capability I think deserves more attention is the Financial Report Builder.
A well-designed report can answer business questions before they’re even asked.
Sometimes getting more value from technology isn’t about adding something new — it’s about learning how to make better use of the capabilities that are already there.
🛠️ A Project I’m Proud Of
One project that will always stand out to me was an end-to-end NetSuite implementation for a manufacturing business.
Until then, most of my experience had been with clients in the service industry, so stepping into manufacturing felt like entering a completely new world.
I spent a lot of time learning how things worked on the production side and understanding processes I hadn’t encountered before.
It challenged me to think differently, ask more questions, and step outside my comfort zone.
Looking back, it wasn’t just a successful implementation. It was a project that helped me grow both professionally and personally.
📚 What I’m Learning Right Now
Right now, I’m focused on continuous learning — whether that means exploring emerging NetSuite capabilities, AI, or new business processes that can help me become a better Solution Architect.
There is always something new to understand and another perspective to discover.

I particularly enjoy helping businesses simplify complex finance processes and get more value from their NetSuite investment.

It’s one of the few places where dramatic cliffs meet the Arabian Sea, and the laid-back beach culture is so contagious that even people with packed itineraries suddenly decide to stay “just one more day.” 🌊

Don’t wait until you feel like an expert.
Stay curious, keep learning, and share your journey along the way.
Your experiences, challenges, and lessons learned can be just as valuable to the community as your successes.
