There are over 400 Oracle ACEs globally, all with a wide range of stories to tell and technical knowledge to share. We want to introduce you to some of these incredible ACEs and their stories, so we will be highlighting an Oracle ACE member every month or even more often in our Oracle ACE Spotlight series.
Today we would like to introduce you Debra Lilley, an Oracle ACE Director who has been a member of the Oracle ACE Program since 2008.
Debra Lilley has worked with Oracle applications starting 1996 (EBS 9.4.1). She led global user group input into Oracle Fusion Applications through the IOUC. She specializes in applications strategy, the technology that compliments and underpins the applications, and education of both partners and customers, helping business people understand the value of the technology. She loves sharing knowledge with the community and has spoken at over 300 conferences worldwide.
She describes her journey of becoming an ACE as being at the right place at the right time. She loves mentoring people who have the skills, but not necessarily the platform or confidence to share their knowledge.
