Details of the latest Siebel CRM 24.10 Release Update under the Continuous Delivery Model. This Update was GA on 23rd October, 2024.

This Update contains no new features but delivers lots of key bug fixes. There is also one key change to a previously released feature. 

Oracle AI Services Integration

From 24.10 onwards, the “Whisper” model is the default model for Speech-to-Text transcription.  This is a change from the default in previous versions, which was the “Oracle Speech Model”.

To revert to the “Oracle Speech Model”, modify the Business Component User Prop modelType to “ORACLE”.
