Details of the latest Siebel CRM 24.1 Release Update under the Continuous Delivery Model. This Update was GA on 22nd January, 2024.

This Update contains the following new feature and the delivery of key bug fixes. 

Mobile Application Framework Replaced with React Native

Siebel Mobile Native Container used by Siebel Mobile is enhanced to use the industry-standard “React Native” platform. The new Siebel CRM container mobile application will be available on both the “Apple App Store” and “Google Play Store”.  In addition, the mobile launch and login process for a field user is being enhanced to require minimal keystrokes to improve usability and speed. Siebel Mobile will continue to support connected and offline users with tablets or smartphones.
