SoftClouds developed an advanced solution that merges two pioneering technologies – Telematics & IoT with Siebel CRM to aid automotive OEM's in providing hyper individualized customer experiences. The solution integrated the data flowing in from vehicles to the data residing in Siebel CRM with the help of Oracle IoT Cloud. This helped automotive OEMs in use cases like Predictive Maintenance, Upsell and Cross-sell to the consumers.
