Updated: October 14, 2026 to include Manitoba
Due to local government changes, a number of time zone definitions have been added or updated.
| Geography | Description of Change | Time Zone | Fixed In |
|---|---|---|---|
| British Columbia, Canada | Remaining on Pacific Daylight Savings Time (UTC-07) indefinitely | [NEW] (UTC-07:00) Pacific Time (Canada) | 26.8 |
| Alberta, Canada | Remaining on Mountain Daylight Savings Time (UTC-06) indefinitely | [NEW] (UTC-06:00) Mountain Time (Canada) | |
| Manitoba, Canada | Remaining on Central Daylight Savings Time (UTC-05) indefinitely | [NEW] (UTC-05:00) Central Time (Canada) | |
| Morocco | Remaining on UTC indefinitely | [UPDATED] (GMT+00:00) Casablanca, Morocco |
You can download and run Siebel Patch 40061277 to install the updated time zones into your Siebel databases.
Notes:
- We have not renamed the existing time zones “(GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)”, “(GMT-07:00) Mountain Time (US & Canada)”, nor “(GMT-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada)” in case customers have configuration that denormalizes these values onto other tables. Customers may manually change them on the Time Zone Administration View and update base table records (for example, with EIM) if needed.
- We recommend against customers manually making creating / modifying their existing records directly as that will prevent any future updates to these Seed Data records from behaving properly.
- Customers will need to run this patch once per database–for example, once each in Development, UAT, Training, Pre-Production, and Production.
