Once again there is an expansive program planned for Siebel CRM customers and partners at Oracle CloudWorld this year (September 9-12 in Las Vegas). 

For Siebel CRM customers and partners, we kick off the week on Monday with a Siebel CRM Product Council (Customer Advisory Board meeting) followed by a networking event at Flight Club. Places for the Product Council are limited and require approval.

During the week, there are dedicated Siebel CRM strategy and customer success sessions including Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corporation, Proximus, Izzi and Claro Brazil. Of course not forgetting representation from our partners IBM, TCS, Cubastion, Accenture and Ideaport Riga (who will be showcasing Generative AI capabilities with Siebel CRM !). 

In addition, CloudWorld is a fantastic way to get the latest insight on not just Siebel CRM, but also the surrounding Oracle technologies, OCI, Oracle Database 23.ai, CX applications and of course Oracle’s A.I. capabilities which Siebel CRM is able to leverage.
