Details of the latest Siebel CRM 25.9 Release Update under the Continuous Delivery Model. This Update was GA on 11th September, 2025.

This Update contains the following new features for our Siebel Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) and delivers lots of key bug fixes.

PII Detection AI service in CTMS

This feature introduces enhanced AI-driven data governance in the Siebel Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) through the configurable integration of AI services. The automatic detection and reporting of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) entered into nondesignated fields is enabled. This capability is designed to uphold regulatory and privacy compliance standards by preventing the inadvertent collection of PII where it is not permitted or expected.

Using AI, configured via the Siebel AI framework, it is possible to continuously monitor data inputs and provide alerts to users of potential PII entries. Alerts are generated to support remediation and configurable data masking. By embedding this layer of intelligent oversight, organizations can improve data quality, strengthen patient data protections, and reduce the risk of costly compliance violations.

This also aligns with industry best practices for protecting sensitive information while maintaining operational efficiency across global clinical programs

CTMS PowerTrials Integration Billing Grid

The enhanced integration of Oracle CTMS with PowerTrials addresses a key challenge in clinical research: ensuring accurate and timely billing for healthcare services and procedures conducted within research settings. This release introduces new capabilities that empower hospitals and academic medical centers to manage charge sheets with greater precision, associating current procedure costs and assigning billing to the correct categories with ease.

By leveraging the strengths of both systems, organizations can streamline study operations, eliminate redundant data entry, and provide seamless visibility to researchers, clinicians, and hospital administrators alike. Our mission is to reduce administrative burden so that healthcare professionals can focus less on systems and more on delivering exceptional patient care and advancing research.
