Details of the latest Siebel CRM 25.10 Release Update under the Continuous Delivery Model. This Update was GA on 17th October, 2025.
This Update contains the following new features and delivers lots of key bug fixes.
Intelligent Search
Intelligent Search provides a modern enterprise search capability in Siebel CRM that leverages OpenSearch and AI to deliver fast, intuitive, and context-aware search across business entities. The unified global search interface supports both keyword and semantic search, enabling accurate data retrieval and improved decision-making. Intelligent Search has been designed for scalability, to ensure it can cater for large enterprise data sets.
Anticipated benefits and primary use-cases include:
- Prebuilt adapter enabling a modern Siebel Search UX powered by OpenSearch for enhanced productivity and usability.
- Unified Search UX with object filters delivering an intuitive, user-friendly interface for fast data retrieval.
- Integrated solution supporting keyword and semantic search across global business objects and file attachments to retrieve relevant results.
- Enterprise-grade, scalable search handling vast amounts of information efficiently and reliably.
Siebel Encryption upgrade to AES 256
Data encryption is being migrated to AES 256 encryption leveraging OpenSSL. This change applies to data stored in the Siebel Database, the Siebel Gateway Registry, and Siebel Server services.
NOTE: Customers will require at least some minimal downtime for this encryption replacement. This applies to this Monthly Update (25.10), but if, for example, a customer is later updating from 24.9 to 25.12, the downtime required for this change will occur at that time.
