Redwood UX for Siebel Mobile was first introduced in 20.9 providing a richer user experience for smartphone users. This UX is further enhanced to deliver a modern, consistent interface aligned with desktop and tablet experiences.

Developer Experience – Custom Control Over HTTP Error Status Codes

REST error status code responses are more granular to allow the requestor to more easily handle the specific error returned from the request.

Developers can adjust the error response wording to accurately convey the exact error being returned and provide helpful text. This will make troubleshooting errors returned from Siebel CRM via REST request much easier and save time.

  • End-to-end sales orchestration – guides the journey from contact creation and product discovery through cart creation, pricing, configuration, and order completion.
  • Human-in-the-loop control – the AI drives the workflow while the CSR reviews, approves, and intervenes as needed.
  • Conversational system actions – enables natural-language requests that trigger actions such as catalog search, adding products to a cart, configuring offers, and applying discounts.
