You can download and run Siebel Patch 39894438 to install the updated time zones into your Siebel databases.
Notes:
- We have not renamed the existing time zones “(GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)” and “(GMT-07:00) Mountain Time (US & Canada)” in case customers have configuration that denormalizes these values onto other tables. Customers may manually change them on the Time Zone Administration View and update base table records (for example, with EIM) if needed.
- We recommend against customers manually making these changes or any future updates to these Seed Data records will not behave properly.
- Customers will need to run this patch once per database–for example, once each in Development, UAT, Training, Pre-Production, and Production.
