  • Marketplace Private Offers (MPO) – Designed to facilitate negotiated transactions between sellers and customers by providing customized pricing, tailored terms, and flexible durations through the Oracle Marketplace.
  • Multi-Party Private Offers (MPPO) – Unlocks ISVs channel sales with specialized commercial agreements that allow multiple partners to collaborate on a single, customized transaction for an end customer. [Currently in Limited Availability for US customers only.]
  • SaaS deployment option – Within the MPO and MPPO delivery model this enables partners to deliver solutions to market faster while giving customers greater flexibility and simpler access to trusted, cloud-ready applications.

Oracle Private Offers enables our partners to create custom, negotiated price and term for one or a bundle of solutions, transacted via OCI Marketplace allowing customers to streamline billing and procurement through their existing cloud commitments.

As part of the enhanced Oracle PartnerNetwork (eOPN) program, Oracle Marketplace Private Offers are now generally available as a foundational benefit for partners subscribed to Level 1 and above. There are a few options within Private Offers that partners, resellers, and end customers can start using today.

Multi-Party Private Offers (MPPO)

  1. The reseller is authorized by the ISV to resell their solutions
  2. The reseller initiates a private offer request as a quote request to the ISV
