Fiona Guy

Group Product Manager

Fiona Guy is Group Product Manager for Oracle Intelligent Advisor and related Oracle Sales and Service capabilities. She works alongside the development teams to ensure these products continue to grow to customer needs, and be recognized as an industry Leader. Prior to joining product management, Fiona spent over 10 years as a lead rule architect for a number of projects in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, training and leading design on implementations of up to 30 rule authors in scale. Today she works with lead consultants and community contributors to ensure best practice design and implementation standards are promoted throughout the Intelligent Advisor community. Fiona is also a qualified lawyer and former law lecturer in Legislative Technology and Drafting at the Australian National University. Connect on Linkedin

Heike Lorenz

Global Product Marketing Director

Heike Lorenz is the Global Product Marketing Director for Oracle Intelligent Advisor, reporting into product development. Based in New Zealand, Heike really enjoys keeping in touch with customers and learning how they use Intelligent Advisor to improve their business, and coordinating customer and partners events for Intelligent Advisor around the world.
