Oracle Fusion Cloud Risk Management, part of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, is an embedded security and audit solution that helps organizations control user access, monitor activity, and enforce regulatory compliance. It uses AI to automate access controls, uncover risks, and restrict access to sensitive functions. This demo video shows how it works.

What the demo shows

Follow Sean, a global procure-to-pay process owner, as he evaluates a user’s request for access to the Accounts Payable Manager role.

After reviewing the approval chain, Sean selects Control Violation. Oracle Fusion Cloud Risk Management uses AI to assess the user’s current roles, requested access, and security policies, analyzing more than 6,000 privileges across Fusion Cloud ERP. It identifies four control violations based on potential toxic combinations.

Prompted by these findings, Sean checks the AI-generated Security Briefing, which provides a deep scan and reveals that the requested role also grants very sensitive General Ledger access that only two other people in the organization have. The requester doesn’t need this elevated access, so Sean declines the request and recommends a more appropriate Accounts Payable Specialist role.

AI helped break down complex security information in ways business users can understand and act on quickly.

Why it matters

AI transforms access reviews from a “check-the-box” task into continuous cybersecurity assurance. Oracle Risk Management uniquely delivers agentic, AI-driven SoD and access analysis, monitoring users daily, scanning every critical transaction, and explaining risks in plain business language. The entire Access Request feature with AI-generated security briefings can be set up and deployed in minutes—no lengthy implementation or testing required.

Summing up

Oracle Fusion Cloud Risk Management helps process owners to make faster, better-informed access decisions for Oracle ERP Cloud. Oracle AI makes it possible to review thousands of scenarios and to identify control violations within seconds, helping enterprises stay secure and compliant.
