Key takeaways

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications now feature a new AI-powered homepage that provides a single entry point to the full suite, blending search, AI suggestions, product mapping, and integrated chat.
  • The Ask Oracle assistant allows you to find information and execute commands using natural language and smart autocomplete, removing the need to click through complex menus.
  • The system learns from your behavior to offer personalized task suggestions within a focused workspace, ensuring the most relevant documents and actions are always front and center.

Home with Ask Oracle is the new homepage and global navigation experience for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. A key part of the Oracle Redwood UX, its focus is productivity—it provides an entry point to the full suite, blending search, AI suggestions, product mapping, and integrated chat. It makes it easier for you to find what you need and act quickly. And because it learns from past behavior, the homepage can remember where you’ve been, anticipate next steps, and deliver more relevant, useful documents and information.

What’s available now

Features currently available to customers in Release 25D include:

  • Ask Oracle: This search assistant allows you to ask questions or issue commands in natural language—rather than navigating through complex menus, you can easily find what you need and take action.
  • Rapid, type-ahead search: This smart autocomplete feature surfaces recommendations as you type into the Ask Oracle search field, helping you quickly find documents and tasks, even if you don’t remember exact names.
  • Personalized AI suggestions: The homepage remembers frequently performed actions and presents them for single-click access, saving time on repetitive workflows.
  • Product map: The map is organized to help you easily see and access your applications, work areas, and tasks.
  • Minimalist workspace: A streamlined design improves efficiency by reducing distractions and only returning the most relevant information for your role.

There’s more to come

The development team will continue to enhance the homepage, improving the features already available and adding new ones. For example, work monitoring is on the roadmap. It will provide AI-powered visualizations and notifications that track progress on tasks assigned to employees and agents, which will be visible from the homepage.

See how it works

You can find steps to enable and configure the AI-driven homepage in your organization on the Oracle Help Center. There’s also a video showing how it works—you can see for yourself how it streamlines the user experience by centralizing tasks and information access.
