Fusion Apps product priorities

Steve’s presentation offers insight into where Fusion Apps are heading and how they can help you address today’s business challenges.

Apps Dev is focused on three key areas:

  • New generative AI that will have a big impact on productivity across HR, finance, supply chain, and customer experience.
  • Advancing Oracle B2B investments and partnerships to remove friction among our customers, their trading partners, and third parties like banks and logistics providers.
  • Analytics and data intelligence to give customers better AI-driven insights—and enabling users to take immediate actions based on those insights.

Customer success in focus

How organizations are benefiting from innovation is a big part of the story. Customers spoke about their experiences and accomplishments, often in the face of challenging macro headwinds.

Frances Chao, GVP, enterprise business systems at Providence, shared how they deployed ERP, HCM and SCM right in the middle of the pandemic. Craig Halterman, CIO, Cohu, explained how Fusion Apps ERP, SCM, and CX enable them to integrate acquisitions much faster. And Tatiana Sumina, executive vice president and program director for Oracle Cloud at Royal KPN, discussed how they transitioned from a heavily customized EBS system to Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, HCM, and SCM to modernize operations, make faster decisions, and significantly reduce costs.
