Read on for details.

AI agents that act, not just advise

2025 marks the launch of Oracle AI Agent Studio, the development platform for Fusion Apps that helps you automate more of your business. It is included with your subscription and makes it easy to get started with agentic workflows by providing packaged agent templates, Fusion-native development tools, and integration with Fusion Apps data.

With AI Agent Studio, you can tailor agents to meet your unique needs—whether that means a single custom agent or a coordinated team. It provides built-in integration with third-party tools for messaging, collaboration, search, and more. Lastly, it provides features that keep you in control of agent behaviors. For example, AI agents inherit data protection and identity management from Fusion Apps for enhanced security. And AI Agent Studio provides design-time testing and validation for improved quality and reliability.

So you can create or customize agents in AI Agent Studio, or use the ones we deliver in Fusion Cloud HCM. In both cases, these agents can autonomously complete tasks, coordinate across systems, and guide users through complex processes. Whether helping an employee create a personalized career path or assisting a manager with compensation planning, agents help increase speed, accuracy, and personalization.

Modernizing the employee experience

Oracle continues to refine the Redwood user experience, embedding AI-powered insights and automation throughout. New Activity Centers for HR specialists, managers, recruiters, and other personas consolidate key tasks, data, and actions, making everyday work smoother and more intuitive.

We’re applying AI to elevate the employee experience, too. Modules within Oracle ME (My Experience) are getting smarter. Tools like Journeys, Touchpoints, Celebrate, and Communicate are being enhanced with GenAI and contextual guidance to deliver support in the flow of work. These enhancements aim to increase employee engagement, reduce attrition, and give your people the experiences they expect from modern employers.

Updates to talent and learning

Oracle is expanding its approach to talent development through Oracle Grow, Dynamic Skills, and an expanding network of training content providers including Harvard ManageMentor and Udemy. On the recruiting front, Oracle is debuting a hyper-personalized candidate experience powered by conversational AI. This helps candidates find roles that match their backgrounds and interests while enabling recruiters to focus on the candidates with the highest potential.

Driving efficiency in Core HR and Payroll

We’re also planning updates to Core HR, including AI-assisted workflows for transactions like transfers and promotions, as well as better data quality controls to support automation. A new HR Specialist Activity Center will help teams streamline multistep processes, while a multilingual payslip agent will explain salary details to reduce the load on your help desk staff.

Oracle is also helping global organizations run payroll more efficiently (while staying compliant) by expanding localizations and improving support for international payrolls.

In summary

We’re investing in Oracle Cloud HCM to do more than improve HR software; we’re helping you help your companies transform how work gets done. From intelligent agents to redesigned experiences, these innovations make it easier for HR teams to meet today’s challenges and prepare for what’s next.
