Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications development teams are constantly improving our applications to help you and your organization succeed. Every quarter, we deliver hundreds of product updates and new features across the suite and solidify plans for future updates. Release 25C is particularly important because it marks the general availability of AI Agent Studio, the AI development platform for Fusion Apps that lets you customize AI agents to automate more of your business. And Release 25C includes many more significant AI and user experience (UX) updates across the suite:
- In Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, embedded agents can advise employees on expense policy and assist finance teams with cost allocation. And new predictive cash forecasting capabilities are built using Oracle Redwood UX, as are many Sourcing and Purchasing flows.
- In Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, new AI agents can help employees navigate benefits, pay slips, compensation, and more. There are also 14 templates for building custom HCM AI agents included with the launch of AI Agent Studio.
- In Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, new AI agents can assist with processing returns, onboarding manufacturers, advising on compliance, and more. Several SCM templates are included with AI Agent Studio, and many workflows now feature Oracle Redwood UX.
- In Oracle Fusion Cloud CX, embedded AI agents can help customer-facing employees resolve service requests and generate sales quotes. Roadmaps also explain that CX templates for AI Agent Studio are in development.

New 25C roadmaps now available
Approximately 40 product roadmaps are published and shared on the roadmaps page on Oracle Cloud Customer Connect (OCCC), login required. They are named based on calendar year and quarter, so in 2025 the first and second quarter roadmaps were 25A and 25B, the third quarter roadmaps are 25C, and the fourth quarter roadmaps will be 25D.
We publish two types of roadmaps:
- High-level roadmap: provides an overview of the most important updates for Fusion Apps (i.e., Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX’s Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Solution-level roadmap: drills into updates and plans for specific product families within each pillar (e.g., within ERP, you’ll find Financial Management, Procurement, Project Management, ERP Analytics, etc.)
Each roadmap divides product enhancements into three columns reflecting different timeframes:
- Update: provides highlights delivered in the most recent release
- Upcoming: shows product enhancements planned for the near term
- Future: displays features and functionality envisioned for a longer-term development window
