As a team we work to simplify and improve our customers’ experience of “Living in the Cloud”, leveraging the leading practices and expert services we generate from our shared experience with early adopter customers, strategic partners, and regional success managers.

• We create and promote standards & practices for Global Customer Programs, Partner Enablement and Customer Engagement
• We prioritize work that supports emerging products and services, and strategically important customers
• We engage with Regional Partners, Customers and Success Managers to ensure effective engagement and support adapted to the needs of the Region and we facilitate the creation of other Centers of Excellence with these regional partners
• We create Leading Practices, Packaged Solutions, and Reusable Technical Solutions leveraging our experience with Cloud Customers
