Zendesk is a customer relationship management platform like Oracle Service Cloud. In this article, for developers, we explain how to connect the Zendesk web-based chat widget with Oracle Digital Assistant using the webhook channel and Oracle Bots Node.js SDK. ODA will provide the intelligence to Zendesk web widget and automate the replies of customer and hand over to human agent (Zendesk Agent) with chat history to provide the solution to the customer. Zendesk communicates with its chat widget and directs requests to Oracle Digital Assistant until users request a live agent.
