Following up on our initial release of Mobile Solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite (Employee Self Service) and JD Edwards (Field Service), today we are happy to announce that the EBS Self Service Mobile Solution has been updated to include additional functionality and useability enhancements.

Employee Self Service v2 now includes:

  • Support for EBS R12.1.3 and 12.2
  • Integration with EBS Absence Management
  • Detailed summary view of employee requests in manager's approval list
  • Badging support to show pending approvals for manager
  • Color coding to differentiate timecard categories
  • Enhanced navigation options (Grid/List views)

 

Availability

There are two options to access to these mobile solutions (both include source code, documentation on the solution architecture,
configuration and setup as well as information on how to customize the
apps).

1. Customers now have the option of purchasing these solutions on a per-user basis. Pricing details are here
2. Existing MCS customers have access (at no additional cost) via the “Solution Downloads” link in the MCS Console.





 


 

As before, Customers have the option of working with an Oracle partner
to build additional extensions specifically tailored for their business
requirements using these solutions.
