In Oracle Digital Assistant release 22.02, the client SDKs (Android, iOS, Web) have been upgraded to a brand new look and feel for the UI, based on the Redwood theme. The SDKs also support adding customized client responses to handle any processing delays in ODA.
In addition, Insights has been augmented to track deflection rates, chat handle/wait times for the Live Agent Transfer scenario.

Client SDK Enhancements
The SDKs now use the Redwood UI theme, which provides a significant update to the look and feel with a new set of icons and changes in form layout.
Improved customer experience and engagement via customized messages when there are delays in ODA's response.
Live Agent Transfer Metrics
Live agent transfer enables you to hand off a skill's conversation to either an Oracle B2C Service live agent or a third party chat service.
ODA Insights now provides metrics to track deflection rates, chat handle/wait times for the this scenario.
Instances are due to be updated to Release 22.02 during March 2022
