The 2017 Gartner Magic Quadrant report for Mobile App Development Platforms has been released, and Oracle has been named a leader for its ability to execute and for its completeness of vision! Oracle was also named a leader in the Forrester Wave: Mobile Development Platforms, Q4 2016 report.
According to the Oracle press release published this morning, “Oracle was recognized as a market leader for more than doubling its customer count for Oracle Mobile Cloud Service.” In the press release, Amit Zavery, Senior Vice President, Oracle Cloud Platform noted that “this recognition is another acknowledgement of Oracle’s strong market momentum in the mobile and larger PaaS market, driven by the successful adoption of Oracle Cloud Platform offerings by thousands of customers. By successfully delivering a comprehensive offering with key differentiating capabilities… Oracle has given customers a powerful option to meet their ever-evolving development needs.”
