Oracle has been recognized as a Leader in the Forrester Wave™: Translytical Data Platforms, Q4 2024. To us, this recognition acknowledges Oracle’s commitment to providing advanced data solutions across hybrid and multicloud environments, our expertise in mission-critical enterprise workloads, and our focus on continuous innovation—all to help enterprises gain the full value of their data.

According to the Forrester report, “Translytical data platforms are next-generation data solutions built on a single database engine to seamlessly support transactional, operational, and analytical workloads without compromising data integrity, performance, or real-time analytics. They also offer support for distributed data architectures, multimodel capabilities, generative AI (genAI)/ML, vector search, cloud integration, and advanced workload management.”

We believe Forrester’s description of translytical platforms closely matches Oracle’s converged database approach. Indeed, Oracle Autonomous Database received the highest rankings in both the current offering and strategy categories compared to other evaluated vendors. Based on these rankings, Oracle was positioned as a Leader in the Forrester Wave™ for Translytical Data Platforms shown below.
