Using Oracle’s Always Free program, Wilson’s Truck Lines whipped up an application instance in just 30 minutes. With Always Free you don’t have to worry about an unexpected bill. You must explicitly upgrade to a paid account. If you just want the Always Free databases, you don’t have to upgrade. 

 

If you want to test out the paid level of services in addition to Always Free, there’s a free 30-day trial period with $300 of credits, but anything you create is deleted at the end of the trial if you decide not to upgrade. Existing Oracle Cloud customers have access to Always Free services automatically—no new sign up is required.
