Somu is a Principal Architect on Oracle’s GoldenGate A-Team within the Oracle GoldenGate Development org, with experience troubleshooting, implementing, and optimizing GoldenGate solutions. He is a seasoned Oracle database expert with deep knowledge in performance analysis and tuning, SQL optimization, and diagnostics across the full stack. Prior to joining Oracle, Somu held technical leadership roles at Pure Storage, Autodesk, Logitech, and Inspirage, where he focused on Database & Analytics solution, cloud adoption, and enterprise solution delivery. He is also a published author of numerous technical whitepapers and best practices, widely recognized for his cross-domain expertise in database, infrastructure, and application performance.
