Consulting Member of Technical Staff, APEX Development Team
Richard is a Consulting Member of the APEX Development Team, working mainly on workflow and related features. He is one of the Architects and major contributors to Flows for APEX, an APEX-community, open-source BPMN 2.0 workflow system for APEX. Richard started using Oracle with v4.1, and was previously the database security product manager for Oracle 7. After a long gap on several entrepreneurial projects in Asia, Richard rejoined Oracle in 2022 and is currently based in the UK.
