Prabakar Paulsami is Group Vice President of CX Service Product Development at Oracle. He co-started new development center for Oracle India at Trivandrum location, before relocating to USA. He is responsible for CX B2C Service (formerly known as RightNow) product development and strategy. Prabakar has over twenty years’ experience designing and implementing software solutions in a broad range of roles and environments. He has extensively worked on Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle SCM, ERP and Fusion CX products. Prior to joining Oracle, he was a Technical Architect at a start-up providing IT solutions for Standard Chartered Bank. Passionate about farming (Mac under the mango tree), an active farmer over the weekend, caring the nature, sharing positivity, and spreading humanity.
