Michael Barras is a Senior Principal Product Manager at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) focused on Multicloud initiatives. As a long-time Oracle DBA, Michael works closely with customers to get the most out of Oracle products and ease their journey into the cloud. Before joining OCI, Michael spent 14 years at Amazon where he worked first as a production DBA in Amazon Kindle and then as a Database Engineer and product leader in the Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) for Oracle.
