Matthew Rowe is a Senior Principal AI Scientist working in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Experienced in designing, implementing, and applying machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms and models across industrial and academic sectors, Matthew currently works on enhancing retrieval for agentic workflows. He has published over 70 articles (ICDM, ACL, ISWC, TKDD) and has over 20 patents spanning data mining, RAG, information retrieval, and the semantic web.
