Marcos Sungaila joined Oracle for over 5 years in the Oracle Linux team. He has been working professionally with Linux since 1998, with Virtualization since 2005, and Cloud Technologies since 2012. Marcos has been working since the beginning in the communication and integration of heterogeneous environments. He has participated in projects implementing virtualization infrastructure and public and private clouds using Open-Source technologies. Marcos is an active member of many Open-Source communities and received the Mentor-of-Mentors award from the OpenStack Foundation in 2018. Acting as Technical Product Manager, Marcos is focused on exploring solutions that facilitate customers' daily lives by focusing on security and best practices using Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager. He also works as a contributor for other products like Oracle Linux Manager, Oracle Linux Automation Manager, Leapp, and others.
