Marc joined MySQL in 2006.
He has been involved in many parts of the code base, including the parser, runtime, stored procedures, signal & resignal, doxygen, components & services.
Marc authored the performance_schema, and now focuses on observability with OpenTelemetry.
Prior to MySQL, he worked on several areas, including real-time embedded, GIS and ERP systems.
