AI Infrastructure Architect
Dr. Leo Li is an AI Infrastructure Architect in Oracle’s Center of Excellence, where he designs and validates cloud infrastructure for AI, HPC, and data-intensive workloads. His work connects GPU and CPU clusters, RDMA and NVLink networking, Kubernetes, persistent storage, model serving, and workflow orchestration to practical customer outcomes: faster experimentation, predictable performance, resilient operations, and cost-aware scale.
He combines hands-on benchmarking with architecture design and customer enablement. His recent work spans large-scale AI networking, heterogeneous x86, Arm, and GPU computing, cloud-native AI platforms, and production-oriented multi-agent systems on OCI. By using workload behavior, benchmarks, and operational evidence, he helps customers make informed infrastructure decisions for cloud and hybrid deployments.
