Leo Li
AI Infrastructure Architect
Dr. Leo Li is an AI Infrastructure Architect in Oracle’s JAPAC Center of Excellence, where he designs and validates cloud infrastructure for AI, HPC, and data-intensive workloads. Combining hands-on benchmarking, architecture design, and customer enablement, his work spans GPU and CPU clusters, high-performance networking, Kubernetes, model serving, and multi-agent workflows on OCI. He helps customers translate workload requirements and operational evidence into reliable performance, resilient operations, and cost-aware scale.
Dr. Li received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where his research focused on quantum dynamics, and vibrational spectroscopy theory using high-performance computing.
