Dr Leo works as an AI Infrastructure Architect within Oracle’s Center of Excellence. He has full-stack expertise—from chip design and AI networking to infrastructure, HPC, and cloud-native solutions—enabling end-to-end technological innovation in HPC and AI networking, like GPU/CPU clustering and PCIe/CXL fabrics.
His approach is to benchmark state-of-the-art networking across OCI Superclusters and NVLink systems, and to use those metrics to architect and optimize HPC and AI applications for cloud and hybrid deployments for vaiours industries.
