Joe Rozycki is a Principal Solutions Engineer supporting Oracle’s Permitting and Licensing solution. Joe provides subject matter expertise for State and Local Government agencies who are seeking to digitize and modernize their current business operations.
Prior to joining Oracle, Joe spent 11 years in the Public sector both at the municipal and county level in Kansas City, Missouri, where he resides with his wife and children.
